The petition filed said that when Shamshuddin did not have work, Nawaz hired him as his manager in the year 2008. Along with this, he also looks after the work of auditing, filing income tax, and making GST payments. Also, Nawaz could concentrate fully on acting, so he had given things like his credit cards, debit cards, signed checkbooks, bank passwords, and email addresses, to his brother for work.
It was said in the petition that then Shamsuddin started cheating them. He had bought the property in the joint name while telling Nawaz that he had bought it in his name. These properties include a flat, a commercial property at Yari Road, a place in Buldhana, a farmhouse in Shahpur, a property in Dubai, and 14 vehicles including Range Rover, BMW, and Ducati.
Allegations of misuse of Rs 20 crore Nawaz has also accused brother and ex-wife Anjana Pandey of misusing Rs 20 crore. Not only this, it was also said that Shamsuddin had stopped working with Nawaz from the year 2020, after which Nawaz received notices of Rs 37 crore dues from Income Tax, GST and different government departments.
